UCF Athletics Hall of Fame
April 16, 2010 was a memorable day for Elgin and his family as he was formally inducted into the University of Central Florida's Athletics Hall of Fame. Elgin received his honor at that evening's Induction Dinner and he was also featured during the UCF Spring football game on Saturday, April 17.
Elgin was named a Legendary Knight for his outstanding and record-setting play as a member of the Knights football team.
